Before and after of a storage expansion project we did in Ft Wayne. We removed roughly 50-60 trees and removed 6-8” of soil and replaced it with base and topped dressed with 53 stone. We then applied additional Ag lime and ran the planner across the entire area mixing in the lime better and then compacting it. The end result gave them a hard surface for storage allowing their fork trucks to drive on without sinking down. This project was roughly 28k square feet!

We did a little driveway rehab project today. Roughly 400’ of driveway needed the crown taken out, pot holes removed and top dressed! Having the ability to bring the old base up add some to it and then compacting it back down helps us keep our price’s competitive and money in our customers pockets. We did a driveway rehab over the weekend. Removed the extreme crown that had developed over the years. Compacted the base to help prevent excess loss of stone. Installed 120 tons of asphalt millings. Millings will compact together creating a nice solid surface like your normal 53s only difference is the millings don’t contain near the dust that the 53s do. That was one of the main reason we used them on this project to help keep the owners gorgeous black sports car clean when he takes it out cruising! Call us for your free estimate today.

Few weeks ago we did a little land clean up job on the north side of Indy. The area was so overgrown it was unable to be utilized for anything. We cleared the brush, dropped 4 trees cut and hauled away, dug up and removed root balls and conditioned the ground. Couple buddies showed up today to do some work at the location we are at. They ended up hanging out once they were finished and help us drop the remaining portion or the building! This started out as a 8” elevated slab tear out to allow fork trucks to utilize this space. After removing the slab another slab was located 6” below. After removing that slab footers were located ranging from 18” wide to 22” and 41” deep. After all concrete was removed fill was placed compacted then stone and sand to help the base compact better and prevent excess settling. The top was dressed with 53s and compacted again. This opened up about 6,000 square feet of additional outside storage they can now use.
