CRABGRASS!!!
This grassy weed is the reason lawn care companies start treatments in March. When soil temperatures reach a consistent 60 Degrees, Crabgrass starts to germinate. One Crabgrass plant can produce over 500 tillers, Which will produce thousands of seeds. The best way to combat this is with a pre-emergent in March to early April.
