Helped Restore & Renew Professionals put this kitchen back together! Home owner loved the contrast from the new kitchen floor to the existing laminate. We also built a cabinet in place so we didn’t have to disturb the counter tops. Custom stain match for the toe kick and shoe molding to make it look like we were never there!

Took on a large exterior paint job. Freshened up all the exterior trim, garage doors, gutters. Replaced two gutters, the 6x6 posts. New composite trim and brick mold on a few doors. Fresh paint makes a big difference.

Started a new project today. The old shower floor and drain leaked causing thousands of dollars in drywall, paint, and plumbing repairs three years ago. They finally want their bathroom usable so I began tearing out the 3-1/2” mortar bed, moved the p-trap back, added 1/4” underlayment for a smooth clean surface, then cut and fit the new Schluter pan. Tomorrow I’ll start by removing another row of tile off the walls, and all the tile off of the top of the shower bench to replace it with a solid surface. All of this work because they originally forgot to glue the tail pipe from the shower drain to the p-trap.

Completed a backsplash this weekend. I really like the brick look. What do you think?
