Every company has a leadership team.

Ours apparently decided to recreate a rejected 2007 rock album cover.

From left to right, this photo includes:
✔️ several highly skilled plumbing professionals
✔️ decades of combined experience
✔️ at least three bad ideas
✔️ Jacob dramatically posing on the pavement for absolutely no reason
✔️ and Josef willingly climbing onto Alberto’s shoulders like this was somehow a normal workplace decision (around here, it kinda is though)

Honestly, this picture perfectly sums up our culture.

We work hard.
We take care of people.
We take pride in what we do.

But we also laugh constantly, roast each other daily, and occasionally let the leads turn a professional photo shoot into complete chaos.

Truthfully, we wouldn’t have it any other way.

A great company needs strong leadership.
Apparently ours also needs adult supervision.

Meanwhile, back at the office…

These are the voices answering the phones, calming down panicked homeowners, keeping the schedules straight, following up with customers, and somehow managing the daily chaos of a plumbing company with remarkable patience.

Brandy and Sydney are our Service Coordinators — meaning there is approximately a 97% chance they’ve heard somebody say “it’s leaking REALLY bad” at least five times before lunch.

And Lynn, our Client Experience Coordinator, is basically the team mom, customer care expert, membership guru, and unofficial keeper of everyone’s sanity.

Truthfully, none of this works without them.

The technicians may be the faces customers see at the door, but these ladies are the reason the entire machine keeps moving behind the scenes.

Also… they deserve financial compensation strictly for putting up with the technicians’ group chat notifications alone.

The drain uncloggers.
The water heater wrestlers.
The crawlspace survivors.
The “this-will-only-take-an-hour” overestimators.

This crew shows up early, works hard, serves families well, and somehow still finds the energy to roast each other nonstop in the group chat.

What makes us proud isn’t just that they’re talented technicians — it’s that they genuinely care. About the work. About the customers. About each other.

(Although we’re still investigating how this many personalities successfully fit into one company.)

It’s honestly hard to put into words what this picture means to us.

What started as one plumber in a truck and one wife trying to help however she could has grown into this incredible team standing here today.

Every person in this photo has helped shape Young Plumbing Services into what it is — not just a company, but a family. A team that works hard together, laughs together, grows together, and genuinely cares about the people we serve.

Somewhere along the way, the dream got bigger than us.

And the craziest part?
We’re just getting started.
