Introducing **The Flow Commander: Jessica—and her highly selective sidekick, Molly!** 🐾
As Owner and Operations Manager of Young Plumbing Services, Jessica helps guide nearly every current running through the company. From dispatching, scheduling, customer communication, and technician support to marketing, training, procedures, community involvement, and growth—if something is moving behind the scenes, she probably has a hand in it.
Jessica helped grow Young Plumbing from a small family business with four trucks into the thriving team it is today. But while the company has grown, her greatest priority has remained the same: the people. She believes in setting high expectations, recognizing hard work, investing in the team, and creating a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and genuinely part of the family. 💙
Before helping lead a plumbing company, she earned an English degree, spent twelve years as a stay-at-home mom, homeschooled for eight, and raised five children—so managing plumbers, schedules, personalities, and controlled chaos may actually be the easier part. 😂
Of course, no Flow Commander operates alone. For the past four years, Molly has rarely been far from Jessica’s side. She serves as part-time office companion, full-time security detail, and unofficial judge of technician character. She loves some of the guys. She tolerates a few others. And the rest should probably avoid making direct eye contact. 😂 Depending on the day, Molly is either absolutely hilarious or just a tiny bit of a witch—but she is always loyal to Jessica.
Jessica’s superpower isn’t simply keeping everything flowing. It’s taking a hundred moving pieces, turning them into a plan, and making sure the business continues moving forward without losing the heart behind it.
Ten trucks. Countless systems. Endless ideas. Approximately four million daily messages. One **Flow Commander** keeping it all moving—and one tiny sidekick deciding whether she approves. 💧⚡🐾
