🏗️ Project Update — Big Progress This Week!
We're moving fast on this addition and couldn't be more excited about where things stand. The structure is fully weathertight — sheathing is wrapped, taped, and ready to handle whatever Connecticut weather throws at it.
Inside, we've installed some of the highest-performing insulation available:
🔹 R-30 in the walls
🔹 R-60 in the ceiling
🔹 R-30 in the floor
These values exceed current energy code requirements, which means our client will enjoy significantly lower heating and cooling costs for the life of this addition. When we build something, we build it right — not just to code minimums, but beyond them.
Tomorrow we start drywall, and we're on track to have this addition fully completed in 3 to 4 weeks. 🙌

🔨 We're going to be honest with you — and that's exactly why you should read this.
