This trailer came in with severe rust damage and failing axle suspension mounts that made it unsafe to use. We stripped everything down, removed the weakened components, and fabricated heavy-duty replacement suspension mounts right here in our shop.

Another complete frame restoration out the door and back on the road!

This truck received a full in-house frame repair from start to finish. We fabricated and installed new fuel tank mounts and new rear shock mounts, repairing the damaged and rusted sections to restore the frame's strength and reliability. Every repair is completed in-house, ensuring everything fit correctly and was built to last.

Once all structural repairs were finished, the entire frame was cleaned, prepped, and protected with a full Fluid Film coating to help prevent future rust and corrosion.

To finish the job, we completed a full brake service, making sure the truck was ready to get back on the road safely and reliably.

Started with a frame that was completely rotted out and cracking apart. Cut out all the bad metal, built all repair patches in-house, and brought this chassis back to life with fresh steel from front to rear.

A lot of cutting, fitting, welding, and fabrication went into this one, but the end result came out solid. Finished everything off with a full Fluid Film protection inside and out to help keep the rust away and protect all the fresh work.

When your suspension parts start looking back at you…

Whipped up these air bag mounts and apparently gave them a little personality along the way. Not gonna lie—they look a bit concerned about what’s coming next.

Clean cuts, solid plate, and ready to handle whatever this setup throws at them… even if they don’t look fully confident about it... we're confident!

Customer brought in a older 4 runner frame that was completely rotted through and structural integrity gone. This isn’t the kind of rust you cover up… it had to be cut out and rebuilt the right way.

• Cut out all compromised sections
• Fabricated and fitted new steel frame sections
• Rebuilt mounting points and reinforced weak areas
• Fully welded everything back to spec
• Sealed and coated the entire frame for long-term protection

End result: solid, clean, and back to being structurally sound.

Jobs like this take time, precision, and doing things the right way. Not the quick way. If your frame looks questionable, don’t ignore it… it only gets worse.

Boat dock hinge repair.

This 1/2" aluminum plate needed to be straightened and reinforced, so we welded on a C-channel to add strength and keep it from flexing. We also drilled access holes to fit a 15/16 socket, allowing the hardware inside the dock frame to be properly tightened.

Kept breaking U-bolts on this setup, so we stepped it up. Small but very important. Upgraded to 1/2” plate with grade 8...

Kept breaking U-bolts on this setup, so we stepped it up. Small but very important.

Upgraded to 1/2” plate with grade 8 hardware for a much stronger hold. Everything tightened up solid and built to handle the abuse.

No more failures—back to work getting ready for the season!
