Throwback Thursday! ⏳

This stunning kitchen was part of a whole-floor remodel we did three years ago. Every inch of this kitchen was updated, from the appliances to the cabinetry to the flooring—even the footprint of the house! We were able to demolish the old pantry, and build a completely new one in a spot that made more sense for the layout. In the new pantry, we made sure there was plenty of storage space, but also incorporated more counter space, another kitchen sink, and some other handy appliances to help even out the space.

It's so much fun to get to work on projects that require a little more creativity than normal, and this one was no exception! We had the pleasure of working with to create this one-of-a-kind treehouse 3D mural using our CNC machine. We were able hang some leaves on the ceiling as well to create a canopy that really adds to the immersion. We're so proud to be able to provide unique statement pieces like this for our community!

Have you ever wondered what a CNC router is? We've mentioned it in posts before, but what does it do? 🤔

A CNC router is a machine controlled by a computer that helps to cut, engrave, or drill materials with precision. The machine typically moves on one or more axis with a tool on the end that is interchangeable depending on the function needed for the project. It can cut many different kinds of materials, such as wood, plastic, glass, metal, and more. The tube attached to the cutting bit helps vacuum up all the excess material that gets cut away in the process. CNC routers are very useful for creating consistent products with little variation, making precise outlines and cuts, and saving lots of time for craftsmen!
