Before the heavy downpours hit on Friday, take five minutes to do a quick scan from the driveway:
Gutters: Check for sagging or areas where water might overflow right onto your siding.
Shingles: Look for any curling edges or unusual bare patches.
Siding: Make sure no panels have buckled or pulled loose from the spring humidity.
