CARPENTER POSITIONS AVAILABLE
McSweeney Construction and Development Corp has a Six home subdivision that is scheduled to start within 3-4 weeks in Falmouth, MA

We are looking for Three (3) hardworking and a energetic Framing Carpenters to assist our Lead Carpenter in the framing of each home.
Carpenter duties would include all forms Framing associated with the construction of a custom built home.

The ideal candidates would be in good physical shape, have the ability to easily lift 80lbs, have a clean and valid driver’s license, a reliable means of transportation, all required tools, a neat appearance, good disposition, willingness to help move the project forward in any way possible.

5-10 years construction experience or more is desired. Position(s) are available early October. Rate per hour 25-45 based on experience and skill-set.

We offer Holiday and Sick pay as well as Paid Vacation time

The 5-bedroom, Cape Cod-style houses will be located a half-mile from Woodneck Beach and within commuting distance to Boston.

Each one will feature:

⚙️ two primary bedroom suites located on separate floors

These six new high-end will range in size from 2,800-3,200sf.

Marketing for the property is currently underway, and construction is scheduled to begin June 1.

This project required extensive coordination and included expanding the company’s existing 750 s/f retail space into a two-story, 2,600 s/f dispensary and retail store in the same building. Both floors were gutted, and all of the interior infrastructure was rebuilt.
