Tuesday Job Walks in Full Effect 🚧

Progress is moving right along on this custom barndominium in Andover, Kansas. The drywall is hung, inspections are behind us, and we’re officially ready for the tape and mud phase.

Every project is built one step at a time, and this stage is where the interior really starts to transform from a structure into a home. Looking forward to seeing these rooms take shape over the next few weeks.

Kansas weather doing what Kansas weather does best… 🌦️

Yesterday we had sunshine. Today we’ve got rain. Tomorrow? Your guess is as good as ours. 😆

Despite the weather swings, we’re making great headway on this project in El Dorado, Kansas. This is a 30’ x 40’ x 14’ Stockade Flush Frame building taking shape and looking good.

A little behind the scenes construction fact: the flush frame design creates a clean interior wall line, maximizing usable space while maintaining the strength post-frame buildings are known for.

Next up: Charcoal and Light Stone metal siding and roofing. A sharp color combination that’s going to make this building stand out.

A building this size deserves artwork that stands out 👏

This 42’ x 120’ x 16’ Stockade building in Kingman, KS is more than just a building. The custom wildlife mural gives it a one of a kind look that truly makes it stand apart.

Big progress on this custom 33’ x 30’ x 10’ Stockade home! 🔨🏡

One thing we’re especially proud of on our projects is the team behind it. Between the crew members in these photos alone, there’s over 20+ years of construction experience. That’s rare to find in today’s industry. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail are what allow us to continue delivering high quality turnkey buildings for our customers.

And of course, every good job site needs a quality control supervisor 🐾😉 Safe to say this customer’s dog has officially approved the progress so far.
