Kansas weather doing what Kansas weather does best… 🌦️

Yesterday we had sunshine. Today we’ve got rain. Tomorrow? Your guess is as good as ours. 😆

Despite the weather swings, we’re making great headway on this project in El Dorado, Kansas. This is a 30’ x 40’ x 14’ Stockade Flush Frame building taking shape and looking good.

A little behind the scenes construction fact: the flush frame design creates a clean interior wall line, maximizing usable space while maintaining the strength post-frame buildings are known for.

Next up: Charcoal and Light Stone metal siding and roofing. A sharp color combination that’s going to make this building stand out.

Big progress on this custom 33’ x 30’ x 10’ Stockade home! 🔨🏡

One thing we’re especially proud of on our projects is the team behind it. Between the crew members in these photos alone, there’s over 20+ years of construction experience. That’s rare to find in today’s industry. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail are what allow us to continue delivering high quality turnkey buildings for our customers.

Another productive week of plan reviews and approvals at Suburban Buildings. One of the best parts of what we do is that every building is custom designed to fit our customers’ exact needs from shops and storage buildings to hobby spaces, commercial projects, and future dream builds.

Another great week in the books for the Suburban Buildings team. 👏

We recently wrapped up this Stockade Buildings Standard Frame lean-to building measuring 36’ W x 50’ L x 12’ H for another customer here in South Central Kansas.

This project also included durable 5” and 6” concrete completed by our in house crew for a strong, long lasting foundation built to handle everyday use.

Lean-to buildings like this are a great option for protecting equipment, trailers, vehicles, hay, and tools from the harsh Kansas weather while still providing easy accessibility and functional covered storage year-round.

Proud of another quality project completed here in South Central Kansas.
