Wrapped up a quick remodel for a rental property.

This one was more than just a bathroom remodel—it started with a serious structural issue.

The floor was sagging due to rotted support beams and bug damage, so before we could even think about tile or fixtures, we had to rebuild the foundation from the ground up. That meant replacing the failing beams, reinforcing the joists, and making sure everything was safe and solid for the long haul.

From there, we created a clean, modern, and accessible bathroom complete with a low-threshold shower, built-in seating, grab bars, new tile, fixtures, flooring, and lighting.

Just finished building these custom attic stairs for a client who was done dealing with the struggle of fold-down steps.
