We took advantage of yesterday morning’s beautiful weather and replaced a portico roof at the West Grand Towers in downtown Des Moines!

We removed the existing ballast roof over concrete deck and installed new tapered insulation, along with a 60 mil Versico TPO membrane.

Three of our team members just wrapped up a 3-day Carlisle training in Pennsylvania.

This course combined classroom learning and hands-on experience with installation of Carlisle warranted roofing systems, equipping our team with proper installation techniques for EPDM, TPO, and PVC membranes.

This training is a key step toward becoming a certified Carlisle applicator—meaning even higher standards, better systems, and more value for our customers.
