It’s about that time of year again! Who else loves sitting outdoors enjoying some fresh air and maybe a steak on the grill?
While outdoor furniture is popular and can be pricey, it is also important that it’s durable. This outdoor sofa was a custom build for my wife to enjoy napping, reading, or sitting. It’s close in size to a twin size bed. The cushions were from a previous outdoor sofa that was not built for durability and broke after one season.
This one is made out of red cedar and built to last!

For this project, the deck railing had rotting wood and wasn’t sturdy, which can be pretty dangerous. The decking itself was left intact and a new railing with new posts were installed. Now the deck can be enjoyed safely for years to come!

For this job, the ceiling was completely remodeled with new drywall and textured for a flawless knock down finish. The lights were also replaced to better accommodate the remodeled ceiling.
Small changes like this make a big difference in the overall look and feel of a room. This finish is especially helpful in adding light to a room, as opposed to a popcorn finish that steals light and makes a room look darker.

This fence was damaged in the infamous derecho of 2020. Three panels and two posts were replaced and the gate lock was adjusted so that it could close again.

This remodel started with wood paneling and a drop ceiling and ended with finished and textured walls and ceiling. A frame was built around the ductwork and completed with drywall to finish the look. We have a feeling this room will get used quite a bit more now that it has a cozier aesthetic.

Did you know we also do flooring (subcontracting out for carpet) installs? For this job, I was asked to worked with Shane Mosby of Peerless Contracting to install these luxury vinyl tile (LVT) floors throughout this client’s home.
LVT is durable and water and scratch resistant. You can choose from a wide variety of finishes from bamboo to hardwood while being more cost effective than traditional wood floors.

This bedroom remodel included a lot of little details that changed the entire space:

•Closed off old entry door
•Cut out and installed new entry door to the room
•Installed a new closet wall and door, opening up the existing closet to create a more usable space
•Insulated and finished ceiling
•Textured walls and ceiling
•Painted walls, doors, and ceiling
•Stained and installed new trim
