Overview
Join our dynamic landscaping team as a Lawn Care Crew Member and become a vital part of transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments. In this energetic role, you will actively contribute to maintaining and enhancing lawns, gardens, and landscapes through hands-on work with a variety of tools and equipment. Responsibilities
Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools to maintain healthy, attractive lawns and landscapes
Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, edging, and mulching to ensure aesthetic appeal and plant health
Use power tools and machinery like excavators or small construction equipment for hardscape installation or landscape modifications
Perform tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, or removal with proper techniques and safety procedures
Support irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure efficient watering of landscapes
Conduct snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for clients
Maintain cleanliness of work sites by removing debris, trimming excess growth, and ensuring safety standards are met
Qualifications
Basic mechanical knowledge and experience operating hand tools and power equipment
Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening preferred but not required; training provided for motivated learners
Familiarity with landscaping techniques including hardscape installation and horticulture practices
Ability to operate small machinery such as excavators or snow plows is a plus
Strong work ethic with attention to detail in maintaining outdoor environments
Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy objects when necessary
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward learning new skills in construction, tree care, or irrigation systems
