Meet this month's Employee Spotlight: Augustine Villa, Project Manager.

Since joining Keen, Gus has played an important role in helping our team deliver successful projects for our clients. One of the things he enjoys most about his work is "sitting on the same side of the table with customers and team members to solve problems together and provide value with Keen's transparent approach (as well as providing education on cashew apples)."

When asked what advice he'd give someone entering the industry, he shared: "Learning and attitude are more valuable than initial knowledge; lean on the team and soak in everything you can!"

National Intern Day was a great opportunity to celebrate our summer interns and the experience they had with Keen.

Last Thursday, our interns spent the afternoon celebrating with their supervisors, Keen Leadership and each other. From bags tournaments to batting simulators, the afternoon was filled with time to connect and have some fun outside of the office.
