We just wrapped up this custom home in Ankeny’s Berwick Estates, and this one was such a fun project to see come to life.

These homeowners took two lots and combined them into one, giving them a beautiful oversized lot with plenty of space to spread out.

They came to us with a plan they found online, and together we made a few tweaks to make it fit exactly what they needed for their family and lifestyle.

A few of our favorite features:

The large vaulted great room with double sliding glass doors that open up to the covered patio.

The butler’s pantry with a second wall oven and sink.

The home office with stained wood French doors.

And the loft area, perfect for the grandkids to run around and make themselves right at home.

Big thank you to for catering our Redwood Builders team lunch today! 🐔🏡

There are a lot of things that keep a job site moving… good plans, great people, strong coffee, and apparently a few trays of chicken nuggets.

We’re so grateful for this team and all the hard work they put in every day. It was fun to hit pause, eat lunch together, and appreciate the people behind the builds.

Safe to say, morale was high… and the nugget trays did not stand a chance. 😄
