The week before Christmas, Beth came to us and asked... Could I actually build a new home? 🏡

She knew she wanted to be in Bondurant so she could be closer to her kids and grandkids, but she wasn’t sure if building was something that would work for her, or her budget.

So we sat down and walked through all of it... developments and lots, floor plans, her wish list, and most importantly, the numbers.

We made a few tweaks to our Raven plan to make it work just right for her.

Fast forward eight months… and Beth is moving into her brand-new home! ❤️

This is one of our favorite parts of what we do. Building a home can feel overwhelming when you don’t know where to start. Sometimes you just need someone to sit down with you, walk through the options, and figure out what’s actually possible.
