Dodd Architects is seeking a Summer Construction Observer to assist with on-site construction observation. This position will be full-time on the project site, working closely with our architects, contractors, and school partners to help ensure the work is being completed with quality and professionalism.

This is a great opportunity for someone interested in architecture, construction, or project management to gain real-world experience in the field.

• Professional communication and strong people skills
• Attention to detail and ability to observe construction work carefully
• Reliability and punctuality for daily site presence
• Comfort working with contractors and reporting observations

Our Team is really proud of how this one turned out. The goal was to make the new concession stand / info station feel like it’s always been part of the gym — just with a more polished, collegiate feel. It fits the building, but still upgrades the experience for fans and students. Simple move, big difference.
