🌱 Meet the guy behind the lawn care magic at Heitman Excavating and Lawn Care!

Kevin's journey started at just 9 years old, tagging along with his dad, Tim, and learning the business one job at a time. As he grew, so did the family business, expanding into lawn rolling and continuing to evolve into the full-service company it is today.

After Tim's passing, Kevin decided to leave his 9-to-5 and carry on the family legacy full-time. Today, he's passionate about helping homeowners bring their outdoor visions to life with quality work and attention to detail.

When he's not on a job site, you'll usually find Kevin cheering on his kids alongside his wife, Jean, who owns Rae Threads (raethreads.shop), creating custom apparel for businesses, teams, and individuals.

Between the kids' many sporting events and the occasional coyote hunt with friends, life stays busy, but Kevin wouldn't have it any other way.

After our customer installed a new pool, they needed a fresh lawn to complete their backyard. Since they didn't want straw blowing into the pool and creating a mess, we used an organic erosion control material instead. 🚜 Another Drainage Problem Solved! 💪

A customer contacted us after discovering their downspout drain tile was completely plugged by old tree roots, causing drainage issues around their property.

We removed the damaged tile and replaced it with new double-wall solid drain tile to provide a durable, long-lasting solution. Now their drainage system is flowing properly again and ready to handle the next rain!
