It's Team Tuesday! Meet Colin, our Foreman and Master Installer here at Peak!
Colin has been working at Peak since he was 15 and has grown right alongside the company. As our Foreman and an SPFA P*P Certified Master Installer, Colin plays a big role in leading our crew in the field and making sure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to the high standards we expect at Peak.
Outside of work, Colin enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family and friends.
We're lucky to have Colin's experience, leadership, and dedication on the Peak team. Whether he's leading a job or jumping in wherever he's needed, he's a huge part of keeping our projects moving and our crew on track!

We installed a blown-in blanket system in the walls, creating a dense, seamless layer of insulation that helps improve comfort and energy efficiency throughout the home.

We were in Maple Lake getting this front sidewalk raised back where it belongs. No tearing it out, no pouring new concrete—just a quick, clean lift with polyurethane foam.

It’s Team Tuesday! Meet Emma, our Director of Operations here at Peak!

Emma has been with Peak since 2023 and joined the team full-time in May of 2024. As Director of Operations, she keeps a lot of the day-to-day pieces moving behind the scenes. From marketing and bookkeeping to paperwork, organization, and pretty much anything the team needs, Emma helps keep things running smoothly both in the office and out in the field.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Drew, her family and friends, and her dog, Kennie. Lately, most of her free time has been spent wedding planning or reading.

We’re lucky to have Emma keeping us organized, keeping things moving, and always willing to jump in wherever she’s needed!
