Completed a couple septic systems this week for apartment buildings. 2 designs by different designers were done here. There was a $20,000 difference. Quality experienced designers can save you money. The easiest system to design is a mound. An experienced designer knows where they are necessary and where they are not.

Mound system on Bungalo island, Clearwater lake. This was a fun and challenging project. Huge thank you to JK landscaping for the barge services! We had to barge around 150 yds of materials 7 yds at a time to construct the mound. In the end this property has the best and most up to date system in the island.

We had a tight tank install this winter with a high water table. We were able to dewater the area we needed over 30 inches below the water table to safely install without effecting the foundation next to it.
