Based upon what they saw, they recommended a pump jet that requires no power (and no heart attacks when the battery is dead!) and installed it perfectly. "Excellent response time, within 30 minutes for the callback and then service within 24 hours (this was not an emergency either). Josh was the plumber and he was outstanding. I had made a mess of a project and he was able to fix and complete it in short order. He also went the extra distance on clean up and providing feedback on the rest of my plumbing.
