With the past storms, A LOT of people had severe leaks and problems because of ice dams. Take precautions to prevent any major issues!
To a certain degree, it doesnt matter if your roof is new or old.
1) IF YOU ARE CAPABLE, remove as much snow as possible over all overhangs above gutters. Do this IMMEDIATELY after the snow stops and before any ice forms. This will help prevent ice from forming in trouble areas. Priority: BE SAFE !

I will come out to assess the situation. We will be on call and ready to go but will surely be very busy. If we remove snow from the roof, we will also clear that snow from the walkways and driveway areas too.
PLEASE dont risk your life simply to save some $$$$. Everyone thinks they can handle it, most cant. Hire us or another professional for peace of mind!
We do not do driveway snow removal!
