Hearty beef stew

Ingrediants

carrots, potatoes, leeks, celery, onion, swede, mushrooms. All in slow cooker. Abit of Tom purée, 500ml of water, 100ml of ale, tablespoon of thyme, oregano, garlic, 2 stock pot cubes. Stewing steak. (update, I did season with salt and pepper to taste)

Meathod

Add it all into slow cooker and then brown ur stewing steak. Add it to the mix on high for 4-5 hours.

Then add cornflour mixed with water to thicken
