We just finished a remodel on a bathroom of what is said to be the first brick house built in Hugo Ok . We found lead drain lines, bare electrical wires that were suspended by glass insulators , cast iron pipes and we are very pleased with how it turned out . We have to give a shoutout to Justin Mills for helping us with the title work and our client’s Howard Houchen and his wife

We just finished scraping popcorn ceiling, replacing what Sheetrock that needed it , repairing a lot of the existing seams that were cracked and coming loose and repainting the ceiling in the entire house with the family still living there and working around everything and plus replacing the soffit and facer boards on the front of the house

You never know what you might get into when you’re taking off a old roof to replace it, 11 sheets of plywood decking, 16- 2” x 4” for repairing rafters, 9 cans of wasp spray, I got sting twice we got it back better than the day it was built and new metal installed
