Tried to lift a loading dock with a forklift… yeah, that didn’t end well 😬

Got the call from United Rentals – Phoenix, AZ to bring this one back to life. The support bars for the dock legs were completely smoked.

We cut everything out, replaced it with 2-7/8” Schedule 40 pipe, notched it for proper fit-up, and burned it in right. Added 3/8” plate reinforcement, blew out and cleaned up the mounting holes, then finished it off with paint so it’s ready to go back to work.

This isn’t a patch job — this is built to hold up 💪

Was asked to come out and take a look at a dumpster enclosure for a commercial property located in Gilbert Arizona. Supposedly the local trash company is responsible. This is the third time it’s has received damage.
