This past week, we had the pleasure of erecting a frame for a great client of ours in Cooperstown, NY!

The lower portion of the structure will serve as a garage, while the upper level will be transformed into comfortable living space.

A big thank you to Rogers Industrial Crane & Rigging Specialists for making "light work" of setting the timbers.

Another beautiful frame in the books. 🏡🔨

It’s been a little while since our last update on the Carriage Barn at Salt Springs State Park, but we’re excited to share that things are moving along!

The frame is now insulated, the metal roof is on, and siding installation is underway. It’s exciting to see this historic structure really starting to take shape again!

Stay tuned—we’ll keep sharing updates as this restoration project continues!

After a long, harsh winter and an exceptionally wet spring, we're excited to be back at work on the restoration of the Carriage Barn at Salt Springs State Park! With the foundation complete and all structural timber repairs finished, reconstruction is now underway! Stay tuned for more updates!

This last week we completed the installation of a new pool house in Apalachin, NY. This custom timber-frame pavilion featuring handcrafted beams, a vaulted ceiling, and a spacious layout transforms a backyard into a true outdoor retreat—perfect for relaxing, entertaining, and making memories!

Last week the Friends of Salt Springs Park stopped by the shop to check on the Carriage Barn progress!

Salt Springs Carriage Barn Update:
The dismantling of the frame has been completed, and we are currently undertaking repairs of the rotten/damaged timbers within our shop. (We are glad to be indoors 🥶)

Unfortunately, due to the onset of winter, we have had to pospone the foundation work and will resume when the weather warms up.

Stay tuned for the timber repair progress!

Despite the unfavorable weather, we have completed the restoration of the frame in Cochecton, NY. Along with the new foundation and poured floor, we replaced the rotten floorboards in the center bay, built and installed new doors, and replaced the damaged siding. This barn is now ready to stand for another 100 years!

Thank you again to Crest Construction, LLC. for the concrete and grading work!
