We are transforming this 1024SF 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home into a 1762SF 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home.  we expanded the front living room and then added a new front porch and carport. The new rear Addition includes a Primary Suite, Mudroom/Laundry room, Kitchen & Pantry expansion. A new Deck with a covered rear entry from the Carport to the Mudroom. The Kitchen will be all new as well as the second Bathroom.
We have now moved into the finishing stages and hope to get the new underground electrical service connected to the house in the coming weeks.
