When we arrived at this homeowners house, we realize there was a brand new birds nest with several baby birds and the pergola we were replacing. We created a makeshift structure to move the nest to so the baby birds would not be harmed. The mother was very unhappy at first when we were moving the nest, but then all was well!

The home originally had a screened-in porch, but the homeowner wanted to step it up with a new deck. We relocated the stairs to the higher side of the structure to reduce the pitch and make them more functional and comfortable. The new deck went in where the old stairs used to be, maximizing the space and improving the overall flow.

Everything was restained to create a clean, uniform look, and we added lighting and electrical to make the space just as usable at night as it is during the day. The homeowner had a sharp eye for design, and it shows—the finished product turned out strong, clean, and built to last.

Adding this porch completely changed the look and feel of this home. Clean lines, solid structure, and a big boost in curb appeal.

We also installed new energy-efficient windows throughout—built to perform and made to last.

Next step: replacing all exterior doors to bring everything together. Looking forward to seeing the final product come to life.

With new countertops, updated cabinet doors, a fresh backsplash, a beautiful new hood, and cabinets extended all the way to the ceiling, the space feels completely elevated and refreshed.
