Hurricane Erin is closing in, evacuate the coasts and evacuation zones now, don’t wait until the moment before.

Here in the Raleigh/ RDU area, prepare to take shelter. Stock up on water and supplies (there always tends to be a shortage until restocks after events like this).

We will probably get some outer rain bands and some wind.

March is really not letting up with all of these storms!

Greensboro and the surrounding areas got hit quite hard last night.

Whether it was due to the massive hail or the potential 60mph winds that swept the area, you may qualify for a full replacement through insurance!

I will be out in Greensboro doing inspections today. Let me know if you would like me to stop by.

We have had a lot of wind damage in the Central NC area the past month.

Big storms on Feb 16, March 4 and 5. I’ve driven up around Mebane all the way to Fayetteville and the surrounding triangle area.

I have been noticing quite a lot of wind damage even just from the ground and driving.

Almost guarantee that there is more than is visible from the ground.

I can come out and perform a free drone inspection to see the state of the roof and if there is anything that would need to be done.

Beautiful house in Holly Springs, was in need of an upgrade and makeover after storm damage was found, so that's exactly what we delivered. The new shingles really make this look like a new home. Helping the community, one roof at a time!

We recently have completed another job for a neighbor near us. Josh and Fran are great people and it was a pleasure to be able to offer them the highest quality that we can provide.

We recently upgraded from using Certainteed Landmark Architectural Shingles to using Atlas Pristine Designer Architectural Shingles.

Going from 60 mph wind speed resistance to over 130 mph wind speed resistance, along with blue algae coverage so it protects against getting the black streaks and stains on the roofs.

Insurance was able to cover the roof due to storm damage that has occurred this year and they were only required to pay their deductible.

I just want to give a shout out to Pastor Lee at Grace Hill Church, not just for the opportunity to work with him, but for everything else that followed. He became a friend (where we would meet up for lunch and talk about life), a teacher (in all of the sermons I listened to driving and moments talking over the gospel) and better yet, a connection who I would have not met otherwise.

If you are ever in Pittsboro, NC on Sunday around 9 or 11am, I highly recommend checking out his church for an uplifting word of God.

If you are lost or looking for an answer... you may just find what you are looking for through the words that pass through these Church halls and during the sermons. I know you will find as much value as I have listening to Pastor Lee and the Grace that God has touched his heart to share.

These shingles are the discontinued Certainteed Independence Shingles. These have been discontinued since 2017, mainly due to them being notorious for failing prematurely, excessive granular loss and delamination of the sealant strips.

We were able to get the entire roof approved for replacement through their homeowner's insurance policy, in which they were just required to pay the deductible on the insurance policy.

This was an old Certainteed Horizon Shingle. These were officially discontinued in 2009 due to many flaws and is straightforward to get these approved for replacement through insurance. Notice they are in the same design as a normal 3 tab shingle, there is just an extra "face" shingle placed in the middle over top of 2 shingles, also they will have distinct black lines spread throughout that highlights the 3 tab (pyramid design).

The bottom picture is after replacement. We upgrade all shingles from 3 tab (lower quality shingles) to a much higher quality architectural shingle for every project at no extra costs.

This along with this locations main building (separate picture) were replaced all through insurance, and the homeowner was only required to pay their insurance policy's deductible.
