🏆 A Proud Moment for TeamSeretta!

We’re excited to share that Seretta Construction was honored with the 2026 Alphonse Engelman Safety Award for Most Improved Tilt-Up Contractor (250K–749K Work Hours) by the Tilt-Up Concrete Association!

The award was presented at the 14th Annual Tilt-Up Awards Gala in Salt Lake City, Utah, recognizing our team’s commitment to improving safety in tilt-up concrete construction.

Proudly representing Seretta at the event were J. Scott Hosking, President; Mike Green, VP of FL Operations; and David Peltier, VP of NC Operations, who celebrated this achievement on behalf of our entire team.

A special recognition goes to Chad Peterson, CSP, Division Safety Director, for his dedication and continued efforts to strengthen our safety practices and help make this achievement possible! 👏

This award reflects the hard work and commitment of our entire team, especially our crews in the field who put safety into practice every single day.

Representing Seretta in Atlanta!

Last week, Dave Peltier, our Vice President of Operations, attended the 2026 ACI Concrete Convention in Atlanta, Georgia!

The convention brought together concrete industry professionals to share ideas, learn about new developments, and connect with others who are just as passionate about the industry.

There’s always something new to learn in this industry, and we’re glad to have Seretta be part of the conversation!

🏁🏎️ Concrete Meets NASCAR!

Who says concrete construction is all about warehouses and industrial buildings? This time, we’re working on something with a little more horsepower! 🏎️💨

Our Seretta Construction NC crew is teaming up with Vannoy Construction on the CTC 360 Simulator, an exciting upfit inside an existing building that will house a NASCAR simulator!

Our work includes foundations, cast-in-place concrete walls, and slabs, helping prepare the space for a whole different kind of action.

We may not be behind the wheel, but we’re proud to be part of what makes this project possible! 🏁

☀️🏗️ The Rain Had Its Moment. Now It’s Our Turn to Shine!

After the rain comes sunshine, and at Park 4 in Lakeland, progress keeps moving!

💪 Building 100: First tilt-up panel pour completed! Our crews are already preparing for the next pour while continuing work on the ramps and panel forming.

🏗️ Building 200: Panel layout is 60% complete! Crews are making great progress with forming, installing reveals and hardware, and preparing for the next stages of construction.

Nestor has earned a well-deserved promotion from Lead Carpenter to Superintendent, recognizing the experience, commitment, and leadership he brings to the jobsite every day.

For more than 35 years, Biviano Garcia has been part of the Seretta Construction family, bringing his experience, dedication, and hard work to our team.

Through our Seretta Travel Program, Biviano and his wife enjoyed a cruise to the Bahamas, taking time to relax, explore, and make some wonderful memories together! ☀️🌊
