JK2 Construction & Scenic, a family-owned company founded in 1987, has evolved into a unique company combining two divisions of construction. The JK2 Construction Division specializes in design-build, commercial, retail,

entertainment, restaurant, industrial, amenity, resort hotels and time share projects. The JK2 Scenic Division designs and builds themed architectural millwork, custom props and fabricates specialty items for the retail, major attractions, entertainment, hospitality and restaurant industries. JK2 has completed projects throughout the nation including work for major theme parks, themed restaurants and national home builders. JK2 is a trusted, respected and valued partner who builds with a creative project approach and has principal level involvement in every project.

We’re proud to spotlight Nicklaus Clubhouse, a 16,460-square-foot Spanish Monterrey-style clubhouse overlooking the 18th green of the Nicklaus Course.

The project included a pro shop, offices, sales center, fitness room, restaurant, bar, golf cart storage, and extensive sitework. Despite complex site conditions, drawing discrepancies, and municipal delays, JK2’s careful coordination and value engineering helped preserve the owner’s vision and deliver the project on time.

We’re proud to be featured in the August 2026 issue of Building Central Florida by of Central Florida, highlighting our work on the Del Webb Minneola project.

Building on our successful delivery of the Del Webb Sunbridge and Del Webb Oasis master-planned amenities, JK2 Construction recently completed the comprehensive design-build contract for Del Webb Minneola. The project transformed a challenging, topographically diverse landscape into an integrated, resort-style campus designed to balance high-energy recreation with serene residential tranquility.

From initial architectural concepts through final construction and civil handoff, our team served as a unified, single-source partner to bring the vision to life. We’re grateful for the opportunity to have this project featured and to showcase the work of our team.

We are proud to spotlight the Lakeshore Community Center, a 5,416-square-foot amenity center set on 3.4 acres within the gated, lakefront Lakeshore at Narcoossee community.

The center features a clubhouse with a fitness center and meeting room, resort-style pool, dog park, half basketball court, picnic area, mail kiosk and tot lot, creating a welcoming space for residents of all ages.

Located along Fells Cove and East Lake Toho, Lakeshore at Narcoossee offers residents a peaceful setting with convenient access to Central Florida.

Yesterday, the JK2 Construction team spent the afternoon together for our quarterly outing at Level99 in Disney Springs, taking on a variety of interactive challenges. It was a great opportunity to step away from the office, connect as a team and enjoy some well deserved fun. Thanks to everyone who made it a great afternoon!
