Big things are taking shape at Port Canaveral.

The new CT-6 parking garage is now rising vertically, marking a major milestone for what will become the largest parking structure FINFROCK has ever built. At 13 stories tall with more than 3,700 parking spaces, the garage is designed to help support the continued growth of the world's busiest cruise port.

Now Sharing: New photos from the recently completed Life Time Winter Park at the Ravaudage development in Winter Park, Florida!

This new athletic country club brings a major wellness destination to Central Florida, featuring resort-style pools, pickleball courts, luxury recovery amenities, cafés, coworking spaces, and more.

FINFROCK worked alongside Brasfield & Gorrie on the project by designing and constructing the precast concrete parking garage along with providing the precast for the fitness facility.

Projects like this highlight the value of collaboration and the flexibility to deliver the right solution for the owner, whether FINFROCK is leading a fully integrated project or partnering alongside other construction teams.

New aerial photos and progress from the Sundy Village Parking Garage in Delray Beach!

The garage officially topped out in November 2025 and is continuing to take shape alongside the larger Sundy Village development, which will bring new shopping, dining, and entertainment spaces to the area.

The precast concrete pieces for the garage were manufactured at FINFROCK’s Belle Glade facility, where our South Florida manufacturing team played a major role in helping bring this project to life.

Great work by everyone involved as this exciting development continues moving forward in Delray Beach!

New aerial photos from Miami Freedom Park!

FINFROCK’s largest parking garage to date continues making progress as the surrounding stadium development takes shape in South Florida. Built for Inter Miami CF, the structure will provide 3,640 parking spaces to support future match days and events at the new stadium campus.

While the garage officially topped out earlier this year, site work and development across the property are continuing to move forward.

FINFROCK is serving as architect, structural engineer, precast manufacturer, and general contractor for the garage structure. We're excited to keep watching this project come together from the ground... and the air! ⚽

Congratulations to Bob Critchfield on his retirement from FINFROCK! 🙌

Since joining our Apopka manufacturing facility in 2008, Bob has played an important role in leading our Mold Shop and Carpentry Shop operations, helping support the craftsmanship that goes into every precast concrete piece that we build.

We celebrated Bob with a retirement lunch today alongside friends and coworkers as we thanked him for his years of dedication and hard work. Wishing Bob all the best in this next chapter and a well-earned retirement! 🧡
