Meet James Madsen, Founder & President of James Barton Design & Build.

In the industry since 1984, JBDB since 1997, James has built a career on the renovations other contractors shy away from, especially reworking the tight, segmented layouts of Twin Cities' historic Craftsman homes. Licensed in MN & WI and a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist, his approach comes down to one rule: plan it right, and the rest falls into place.

Outside the jobsite? Hunting, fishing, and spending time at the cabin.
