Some progress pics of the remodel. Really starting to come together. The 3 sides are completely done, now time for the front (last pics in thread) Can’t wait to see er all wrapped up. Should be done by the end of the week!!

The whole week we were up there and this is the only bit of siding we got to put on. There’s a lot of steps to do before and siding goes on. Tear off the old Hardy, have to sheath it because all the studs are 2 feet on center an not the standard 16in, then Tyvek it and hope to god the metal guy has the flashing done so we can even start the first row of siding. All in all we still had a very long and productive work week. Hopefully things go a lot smoother the next time we go up.

More pics to come. But this place is HUGE! On this side we are tearing off 20yr old Hardy siding(worst siding ever) putting new sheathing on then siding it with LP Lap Siding. All 15 on this side are ours, but there probably about 80 more. Needless to say, it’s gonna take us and the 4 other subs probably through the summer till it’s finished.
