And the front porch is done. The laundry list of to-do projects are getting done. The gutting of the garage out back is nearing completion as well as painting the upstairs. Kitchen is currently gutted. Waiting on cabinets, countertops, and bathroom remodels as well.

Starting a demo. Specifically an unpermited structure. So far, roofing shingles, tar paper, siding, windows, soffit, facia, and insulation has been removed. Next is the roof then walls. Then rebuilding.
