Drainage is one of the most important parts of any build-ready site.

For this project we installed:
• 60+ linear feet of RCP
• Stormwater box for runoff collection
• Added swells to elevate the building pads and create positive drainage
• Riprap check dams for erosion control

Built per engineered plans to ensure proper flow, long-term stability, and erosion protection. Good drainage now prevents expensive problems later.

One of the biggest wins on this project was balancing the site properly. By stripping topsoil, understanding the grades, and moving dirt efficiently onsite, we saved the customer from importing nearly 3,000 yards of fill.

That’s a major cost savings and it’s why proper planning, layout, and experience matters. Moving dirt is easy. Moving it efficiently is what saves money.

Started with a over 20 ft elevation change and moved a lot of dirt to make this one work. Cut, filled, and compacted. Finished it off by grading the house pad and driveway to make sure water drains right and doesn’t cause problems later.
