Masonry work is not always the cheapest, but if done correctly it will last forever. These steps had issues from the beginning and weren’t laid correctly and then someone tried to correct the issue the wrong way also using a totally different brick. This week we were able to give a customer a permanent solution to their deteriorating, wooden deck. They wanted a permanent outdoor living space. This customer had drainage problems after they had a brand new pool house built. The water was entering their beautiful new building. Borderline diverted the water by creating a new drainage pathway and adding concrete. We then added new drains around the patio to move the water where it should be. Thank you for the opportunity!
