🐭 With mouse activity increasing, don’t be this guy!

We see it all the time, professional bait stations are in place, and then store-bought bait gets added all around them thinking more bait = better results.

It can actually work against the control program. Giving rodents multiple competing food sources can reduce feeding from the professionally placed bait and make it harder to determine what’s actually working.

When you hire a professional, trust the process. Proper bait selection, placement, monitoring, and adjustment are all part of effective rodent control.

Out of the office today! 🐾💕

Today I’m taking a little time away from work to stay home and take care of my girl, Hazel. She’s recovering from her spay and thankfully, she’s doing SO well! 🥰

She absolutely hated the cone, so we upgraded her to a cute little recovery suit… and apparently she thinks she’s ready to get back to her normal, crazy self. 😂🐶

She’s getting lots of rest, cuddles, and extra attention today while Mom keeps a close eye on those stitches. ❤️

I may be out of the office today, but you can still get ahold of us if you need anything! We’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

Just taking a little puppy mom day today! 🐾💕

What an awesome discovery.

A new bumble bee species has recently been observed in Wisconsin for the first time!

The Nevada bumble bee (Bombus nevandensis) has a historic range including the Western United States and Canada, but was observed in Minnesota and Chicago in recent years. Last summer, this species was first documented in Wisconsin when a female was recorded in Sauk County.

Closely related to the black and gold bumble bee, this species is distinct in its large size – especially among queens and females.

Did you know that Wisconsin is home to at least 56 Culicidae (mosquito) species? These species are most active from May to September until temperatures drop below freezing. It’s important to protect your horses, livestock, pets, and yourselves from mosquitoes and mosquito-borne illness. 🦟

Mosquitoes cause a risk of Eastern Equine Encephalitis (EEE) and West Nile Virus (WNV).

Sometimes our job is about more than just getting rid of pests. ❤️🐝

One of our customers recently got stung multiple times by a wasp hive, and we were so thankful we could be there to help get the situation taken care of.

Moments like this are a big reminder of why we love what we do. We don’t just see customers we see people who trust us to help keep their homes and families safe. And when someone is hurting or dealing with a scary situation, being able to show up and help means even more. ❤️
