A few of us from the Ongrade management team headed over to Lovin Construction’s office for a group driver training course focused on distracted driving and what it takes to be a responsible fleet driver.

We sent leaders from each division on purpose…so the information doesn’t stop at the classroom. It goes back to the field, to the crews, to the trucks.

Site prep is underway on the parking lot at the YMCA Speer Center in Arcadia, FL.

Same town as our new shop & office, same community many of our crews live in.

Clearing and grubbing, import fill, soil stabilization, and base. The earthwork the finished lot will sit on.
