Is Your AC Ready for Summer?

Now is the perfect time to have your air conditioning system checked before the summer heat sets in. The EPA has phased out both R22 and R410A refrigerants. What does this mean for you? Unfortunately, R410A units are no longer being produced—only existing stock remains available and is in short supply. As a result, the new AC systems with the newest refrigerant, R454 are currently on the higher end of the pricing scale. The existing new R410A units are also selling out very quickly.

Keep your current system running efficiently for the next few years while manufacturers ramp up production on R454 systems and prices begin to stabilize and come down.

We were called to a boiler not working, after looking into the issue it was found that the boiler was not maintained properly which lead to the failure of the boiler. The pictures below are of the fingers that are in the boiler and that have been damaged from not being cleaned properly. The fingers allow for gases to be passed through and due to the excessive amount of heat this seared the fingers down. Proper maintance is highly suggested to keep the intergrity of your equipment.

Please watch out for all service trucks, mine and everyone else's. These trucks are for work, they are heavy and not nimble. They don't stop on a dime. If you cut us off and get honked at, it's because we really don't want to hurt you or anyone else when we hit you and crunch that little tin can you are in. Or get hurt ourselves.
I'm not sorry I laughed at you when you called to report one of my employees w roadrage. That's me on the other end of the tele, the one you cut off. Nice potty mouth too, that you have. You can say we do waterheaters and pressure tanks, alot of them. We also clean up after ourselves and others before us. These are going to the recyclers, even though the scrap price is half what it was a few months ago. I need the space. If you have well issues or waterheater issues, call us. I'll put our work up against anyone else's quality of work. If someone has done a half assed job, we can fix that also. We do a fair amount of that as well.
