This is a beautiful oak butcher block pier 1 import patio table complete with glass table top(chairs not included. It was $400.00 on the sales room floor. I’ll be selling it for $300.00 obo … thank you , and please share (p.s. must pick up)

P.s.a. I’ll be listing a few items over the next few days . These items are pieces I have picked up along the way painting residentially.These are items I just couldn’t let hit the trash pile. But I have to many projects I want to get into ,and I will need the space that these items are currently occupying.

This particular job was a basement being finished off.
I spackled , sanded , primed ,and painted it.

I had a bunch of trim dropped off at the shop, where I applied the first of two coats of paint.

This one turned out pretty good.
I was tasked with the final coats of spackle ,then I sanded, primed ,and painted this 3 bedroom apartment.
I also went back to paint some trim and doors , but I’m sad to say I forgot the final pics.
