Here are some amazing window details on this build. We used A-series windows 1. Matching the window and roof pitch in creating clean crisp lines on the top and bottom bottoms of the window windows as a transition from window to window. 2. Drywall returns and returning the floor into the window. This detail really sets the windows apart and makes them feel like part of the experience when you are in the house. 3. Plan to run the countertops back into the windows. No backsplash just smooth countertops.

What do you think of this laundry room? We have some great features here for design and function. We have hidden tv hookups of the washer and dryer. A deep sink with a sprayer. Here’s a master shower you will love! It starts out with a smart controller that can be programmed to any combination of showerheads and temperatures. We have a window from that has obscure glass and lets in lots of natural light! We have great ventilation and a handy heat lamp to keep you warm when you step out to dry off. The niche and the wall is hidden so that you can put your soap and shampoo on it and keep your shower, looking clean and tidy!

Here are some finished details on radiant floor heat! This is comfort system that we installed on this new home. We have radiant floor heat under wood and tile floors that’s controlled precisely by the thermostats in each room. It’s amazing to have this comfortable of heat with this easy of a system!
