The year 2021 marks the 50th year that Krueger Construction Company, Inc. has served the concrete needs of Northwest Ohio and surrounding areas. Krueger Brothers Construction was founded in early 1971 by brothers Kurt and Hans Krueger after they immigrated to the United States from Germany. Their partnership abruptly came to an end when a jobsite accident resulted in Hans’s untimely death in January, 1972. Kurt overcame this obstacle and, changing the name to Krueger Construction Company, built a successful business specializing in concrete construction. He continued to run the business until his retirement in 2001, at which time his sons, Ralph and Gary, took over the reins. Ralph and Gary shared management responsibilities until Ralph’s passing in 2017. Over the years, Krueger Construction has employed many, with numbers reaching a high of 25 employees in the mid 90’s. We specialize in flatwork and have placed much of the concrete (both commercial and residential) found in Archbold and surrounding towns. The company, with Gary Krueger as President, currently employs six others and is located just east of Archbold on County Road C. God has blessed us for 50 years with dedicated employees, great vendors and amazing customers and we are thankful!
