We’re excited to announce Jessica Lee as the newest member of our FF+E Procurement and Selection team as an FF+E Procurement Specialist!

In this role, Jessica will support procurement and installations for by our Senior Living and Multifamily projects and continue to strengthen our valued relationships with the most reputable vendors and manufacturers in the industry.

An Interior Design graduate of Thomas Jefferson University, Jessica has 10+ years of experience providing FF+E expertise for hospitality and high-end residential projects for design firms and developers in the Philadelphia region.

A devoted foodie, Jessica loves traveling and exploring new cultures through food - from fore-themed, Michelin star menus in Madrid to hidden local favorites in Japan!

Rain kept us inside but couldn’t stop our Field Day in support of the ALS Hope Foundation ‘Duck ALS’ campaign.

Staff split into teams and competed in activities meant to replicate the daily challenges overcome by people living with ALS.

ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease, is diagnosed in more than 5,000 people each year and results in muscle weakness, difficulty walking, talking, and grasping objects, paralysis and more.

Help us support the ALS Hope Foundation and their mission of care, education and research at the link in like bio!

We’re pleased to announce Michael Penzel, Assoc. AIA as the latest addition to our corporate/commercial architecture team!

Michael has 8 years experience working at nationally and globally-recognized firms on a variety of of project types in multiple markets.

He is also involved with ULIPhiladelphia, serves on AIA Philadelphia Board of Directors, and has been an adjunct professor Thomas Jefferson University for the past 3 years teaching visualization and technical courses.

Michael likes to use his two 3D printers to find the next design solution - or to create props like Thor’s Hammer or an Ironman helmet for Comic-Con!
