We’re looking to add the right people to our team!

Please note: These positions are primarily for our residential and commercial painting crews. While CM also performs sandblasting and industrial coating work, the majority of the day-to-day work for these positions will currently be residential painting, prep, spraying, brushing, and rolling.

We are currently hiring for:

• Experienced Crew Lead — must have professional painting experience working for a painting company, be comfortable leading a crew, and have experience with proper prep, spraying, brushing, rolling, and producing a quality finished product. This position is primarily residential and commercial painting. Opportunities to learn additional CM services, including sandblasting and industrial coatings, may be available as needed.

• Entry-Level Painter / Helper — experience is not required, but you must be dependable, willing to work hard, and willing to learn. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn professional painting and the CM process from the ground up.

We are a bilingual English/Spanish company, and Spanish-speaking applicants are encouraged to apply.

Pay is based on experience and qualifications and will be discussed during the interview process. Please keep in mind that these positions are primarily residential/commercial painting positions, and pay will reflect the type of work being performed.

From hotel pools to the oilfield, our sandblasters stay busy. 💥

Last week we put one to work at The Artesian Hotel, where we sandblasted, primed and painted the pool drains—taking them through the full process from surface prep to finished coating.

Commercial, industrial, big or small—our equipment gets put to work in a lot of different places.
