Finished up a small deck for the Crawfords today. We replaced the old joists, built all new stringers and added and extra step to shorten the step height. We installed some new metal rails and fixed a large threshold on their patio door. The steps are safe to walk on again. This is a nice little spot to enjoy the evening or morning. Another one in the books. Took out 80 feet of falling over shadowbox fence and put up all new privacy fence.Yard had a pretty good roll up and down in it so we had to adjust the fence accordingly. We finished up the fence today. We also built the deck here as well. We installed a post for the bird feeders, got rid of their old shed and called it a day. This was a good one for sure. We dont normally put the pickets on the inside but there was some neighbors fences very close and thats what the customer wanted everywhere but on the street sides. It turned out nice. It was about 330 feet of 6' privacy We took down and went back with all new posts, framing and pickets. Turned out nice. Thanks to the bookers for the work. Great customers to work for. Thats a wrap. Finished this one up this morning for the bookers. Turned out nice. What a great spot to relax and enjoy the pool. I was again blessed with great customers. We will be build them a new fence around the whole back yard. Stay tuned.
