Today we’re celebrating 30 years with Tony Shaffer! 🎉

30 years is an incredible milestone, and we’re so proud to have someone like him on our team. He’s an excellent operator, a hard worker, and the kind of guy who will put in the long days and do whatever it takes to get the job done right. He’s great about showing new employees the ropes, sharing his knowledge, and helping them learn the right way to do things.

We’re incredibly thankful for the hard work, experience, and dedication he’s brought to our company over the past 30 years. Thanks for everything, Tony!

Illinois LICA is hosting three Drainage Water Workshops across the state this summer, and we’d love to have you join us.

Each full‑day workshop brings together contractors, producers, landowners, and conservation partners for research‑driven training on conservation drainage, edge‑of‑field practices, wetlands and WOTUS considerations, nutrient loss reduction strategies, USDA program updates, and more.

We'll be attending the Workshop in Decatur - reach out to us if you'd like to attend and we'll cover your registration.
