Figured I'd put this out there in case someone knows the right person.

I'm looking to hire a helper for my irrigation business. Pay is competitive and will depend on experience, work ethic, and how much you can actually contribute. I'm looking for someone who's ready to work—not someone who's going to spend the day on their phone.

This is outdoor work in the Texas heat. You'll get hot, sweaty, muddy, and soaked with water on a regular basis. It's physically demanding, but you'll learn a valuable trade from someone with over 40 years of experience.

Requirements:
• Good work ethic
• Common sense (required)
• Willingness to learn and help
• Reliable transportation
• Able to work outdoors in the heat

Irrigation experience is a plus, but it's not required. I'm happy to train the right person.
