One of today’s guest speakers was Chris Ezernack — a 29-year-old young man living with Parkinson’s and Dystonia — alongside his 13-year-old service dog, Max.

A few years ago, Max developed a severe melanoma tumor in his mouth and became critically ill. Chris said he was devastated because Max isn’t just a dog… he’s his caretaker, companion, and soul dog.

After applying to dogslife.org, they had Max in surgery and covered the entire very costly procedure.

Today, Max is still FULL of life — and he’s the sweetest most loving pup too!

We started ROOFDOG for one simple reason:
