This driveway and parking area had a pretty common problem we see a lot — rain kept washing everything out.

The homeowner also needed more space for vehicles, so we tackled both issues at the same time.

We:
• Leveled a new area for extra parking
• laid down crusher run for a smooth solid surface
• Added a rock border to keep the parking area contained
• Repaired the washed-out driveway
• Fixed the drainage issues that were causing the problem in the first place

Now they’ve got more parking and a driveway that will hold up much better when the rain comes.

A lot of driveways wash out simply because water isn’t being directed properly. Fix the drainage and the driveway lasts a whole lot longer.
